Youth, Development and Peace (YDP) 2004
In addition to formal sessions, there was a lot of room for informal interaction, learning and discussion among youth themselves.
HIV/AIDS activist Victor, who supervises peer education at a health club which was established at his school, found the conference very useful, “You have people from around the world and you are exchanging ideas, you are learning and they are learning from you. There are many projects that were presented and I’m going to choose one project which I can implement back in my country.”
